She will take into account your personal preferences in making her recommendations. However, she encourages you to try new wines she feel will best pair with the foods she has prepared.

Chef Kathy worked in the wine industry much earlier in her career while living in Switzerland as well as in Chicago. She has traveled to many wine regions world wide including California, the Finger Lakes Region of New York State, Spain, France, Germany, Austria and New Zealand, just to name a few. She has been fortunate to have been granted many private “insider” tours and tastings not open to the general public. Some of these have included well known brands such as Korbel, Guenoc, J. Lohr, Freixnet, Georges du Boeuf, Roederer and Babich.
Fortunately, she has maintained close contacts within the wine world. They make her aware of new wines and trends happening within this exciting industry.
